It depends on scope, materials, and what we find once things open up, so we don't guess over the phone. Every project starts with a free, itemized written estimate that shows where the money goes. We offer a 10% referral discount, up to $500, and a 10% military discount, up to $500.

Yes. For structural work, additions, decks, and finished basements we file the applications and schedule the inspections with the county. Your project ends up documented, which matters the day you sell.

How long will my project take?

Your written estimate includes a start date and a finish date. We order and stage materials before demolition so the job doesn't stall halfway, and you hear from us as the schedule moves.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Almost always. We put up dust barriers, protect floors and furniture, keep a working path through the space, and pack up and clean at the end of each day.
