Leonardtown

Leonardtown has real old houses in and around the square, and they need a contractor who slows down: plaster that cracks if you rush it, trim profiles you can't buy at a big box, floors that aren't level and never were. Our finish carpenters match existing molding, rebuild staircases and railings, and scribe built-ins to the wall you actually have instead of the one the plans assume.

Out toward Breton Bay, Compton, and the newer subdivisions, the work looks different — kitchen and bath updates, flooring, finished basements, and additions where a growing family needs another bedroom or a real primary suite. On additions we spend the planning time on the seams: foundation, roof tie-in, and siding lines, so the new part never reads as bolted on.

Everything gets a written scope with dates before demolition, and permits and inspections are ours to chase, not yours.
