Escobar Home Remodeling is Jose Escobar's company, run out of Lexington Park and built on the kind of work that gets you the next job: kitchens and baths that hold up, decks framed to last, and a phone that gets answered. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling neighbors, which is a slower way to grow and a much better reason to do things right.
We're a general contractor in the full sense of the term. Interior work means kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, carpentry and custom built-ins, flooring, drywall, framing, and paint — including taking a wall out when the layout is the actual problem. Exterior means decks and porches, sunrooms, additions, garages, concrete and pavers, retaining walls and hardscaping, fencing, siding, roofing, and exterior paint. One contract covers all of it, so nobody gets to point at the other guy.
Everything we do runs on the same three habits: a written scope before demolition, a site that gets cleaned at the end of every day, and a final walkthrough where you make the list and we close it out before the last invoice. We work in English and Spanish, six days a week, and we live in the same counties we build in.
