Lexington Park

Lexington Park is where we're based, which means the shortest drive, the quickest estimate visit, and the easiest schedule to hold. The housing stock here runs from 1960s and 70s ranchers near the base to newer construction out toward Great Mills and Park Hall, and each has its own habits — older homes hide surprises behind the drywall, newer ones usually just need the layout opened up.

A lot of what we do here is kitchens and bathrooms in homes that were fine twenty years ago and are tired now: cabinets that don't reach the ceiling, a tub nobody uses, a wall between the kitchen and the living room that shouldn't be there. We handle the framing, the header, the drywall, and the finish work ourselves, so it's one crew and one schedule instead of four subcontractors and a lot of waiting.

Outside, the salt air off the Patuxent is hard on decks, siding, and paint. We build decks with footings below frost line and properly flashed ledgers, and we prep exteriors like the coating has to survive the weather here, because it does.
